Mid week Crappie

Had a chance to do some mid week crappie fishing today ,knew the wind was gonna kick up so I went up into a small cr. off the lower pocomoke down past pocomoke city got up in the cypress trees out of the wind. Ended up getting 33 crappie 7 pickeral 3y perch and 1 small bass, kept 18 crappie.Early they were near the surface as the sun got higher they went deeper till the last ones I got right on the bottom in about 9ft water temp was 44. Pretty day for mid Dec. my partner Baylee (chocolate lab.) even took a nice swim in the 44 degree water when we were done. Here s a pic of the ones we kept.
