Default RIver Fishing..Any Good Rivers to Fish

Any suggestions on which rivers are good to go Crappie fishing on? My understanding is this is the best time of year for them and the window of oppurtunity is closing. I was considering going to Marshy Hope On the Eastern Shore but was looking for any other suggestions of where to go. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Thanks and FISH ON!!

The Potomac is over and the fish have spawned. Then they scattered to the four corners on the earth it seems.

About this time up in Blackwater canals I used to do real good. Just off of Maple Dam Rd.

Looks like gator country..and perhaps it is..:-)

Weather was not to promising in the morning so we ventured out in the afternoon and headed to Liberty and we tried around the rt.32 bridge and nothring. So we went to a local lake and landed 18 and all over 10 inches. Ended being a good evening. Thanks to everyone for the info and will continue to share info with others.
