    Question Preperation of yellow perch?

I caught my limit of yellow perch today and was wondering how everyone cleans and cooks them. I filleted the ones I caught today but there seems to be so little meat in the fillets. The 10 perch will probably only make a meal for one to two people.

I fillet my fish unless I'm going to smoke them. There's not a whole lot of meat but it's delicious. I don't think you can cook it wrong. I myself cut into bite size pieces. Then put some Washington seafood breading mix in a bag and coat each piece. It takes just a couple of minutes in some hot oil. Take them out when they turn golden. I also do the same with crappie. Another thing I like to do is grill them in foil with a slice of lemon and a little dill.
