I had me one a them there mini momentary memory loss thingees ,
I forgot the keys to our place out in west Texas ....
we were in my wife's truck on the way there and I realized we left them in my truck ....
but lemons can turn into lemonade with the right attitude .....
I said you know what , we are already halfway there ...
and we packed a few rods and jigs for that just in cases thing that could happen maybe ...
Buddy's place is within 15 minutes of us ....
let's just go ketchn fish instead of the entire enchilada ....
the diversion plan seemed to make things all who cares and jolly ....
and we of course hit the dock of docks ....
1 pm to 3 pm ....
and the rest my friends ,is history .....
she ketched fish , we ketched fish and I ketched fish ....
we let all the fish go and probably managed well over a hundred in hand ...
some were our intended victims and then some not some much ....
not all of the fish were crappie , probably 60 to 70 % ....
around 6 to 10 fow and under floats this go about 4 foot deep ....
KABOOM is nearer than ya think ....just saying
p.s. yes we had more made to cure this illness

Pretty nice day , the young one did homework, mom and dad ketched fish ….
Ate some tacos before we went and for sure set the hook a few times

It was one of them moments in time where it could have went south bro ….
But as we age , we look for them there linings in them dark clouds a bit closer , than we did as a kid
