    Default It’s a start…

Finally found d a couple. Missed twice as many more. But the bite felt good. I livescoped, I hate Livescope I stared at the screen the whole time. What a waste. Hopefully I can start to troll and catch some too.

WTG. to me Livescope would take the fun out of it,instead of watching my line I would be staring at a screeen all day. Thats one reason never liked video games.

I wonder why their tails are all beat up this time of the year?

Tails get beat up because they spend the summer in the brushpiles ducking and dodging the preadotor fish. In my lake mostly big cat's eithier blues or flatheads that you will see most of the time hanging just outside of the condo waiting on one to swim a little to far from the brush. Won't see that as winter approaches and they are in open water vs. the brush. Scott

That's an excellent explanation. Never thought of that but it certainly makes sense!

kinda always wondered the same thing here locally , lots of the late summer fish have shredded tails . I used to kid around about the fall spawn in a big way , but to be very sure . I think whatever the reason locally , it is not due to spawning
one fish, from yesterday looked like it had been in a fish basket for a week .....
