New Boat Help - Sea Ark DXS 1652 SLD or War Eagle 754 LDV? On little bigger water?

Hello - my first post since joining the forum, so if I put this in the wrong spot please let me know.

I am in Northern Wisconsin, and like to get into smaller lakes and rivers, so looking to switch from my 16' deep V to a jon boat style. Two musts are split rear bench and lower front deck.

I have had jon's in the past and they launch so much easier at bad launches and float shallow water way better. But I also fish a lake that's close to 1,000 acres at times, and wondering how these rigs will handle a little chop, and if one is way better? I'm not a horsepower nut or speed freak, so going a bit slower is OK by me. Leaning towards the Sea Ark as I like the layout and the dealer is closer. Has anyone run either of these? War Eagle 648 LDV is a possibility too - it's a bit smaller, but could still work.
