Best to you on your recovery Bud!
Glad you get to go home. Keep up the PT work and exercises and heal up completely. Good progress so far. Continued prayers.
Is this your first knee replacement?
Yes sir, this is my first, but I was there for Ms. Joyces knee replacement in November last year...
You have a PM!

Well, I survived the first 48 hrs. I won't lie, after that spinal block wore off, my knee feels like someone's hit both sides of it with twin 20lb sledge hammers at once...oooohweeee. Meds kill it some, but don't not all of It. And this sure takes the energy out of you Fer sure...

Another day in the books. They gave me 10 MG oxycodone for the heavy bone deep pain, and Tylenol for any thing else. As well as my regular meds. They doubled up the 81 MG Bayor to one in am and one in pm. Taking it easy on the Homework from PT. Therapist said I was to intense on it on Wedsday when I was there, said to rein it back bit. Guess, as usual I was trying too hard. Doing two laps the length of the Mobil home in the morning as well as in the evening. One session is about 150ft each time. Ice as often as I can take it.
That's about what's going on here...Everyone be safe, enjoy the week-end and post up some fish picks if you can. Praying for all in the path of the storm.
