Allowing the authorities to handle that if I chose to report it would be my way of fighting it if I had to. However, Crappie Brother I have too many other things to focus on vs being stressed on the water. I LOVE the Water, I LOVE my boats, I LOVE to Fish, I LOVE Catching them. I Don't Like allowing things to get me riled up when I'm in chill mode. That much dock isn't needed.:ThumbsUp Possibly that much house isn't needed.:scratchheadIf it's not endangering my safety on the water then I'm too happy to have a boat & to be on the lake to let it damping my joy. :woohoo Boat Dock Laws are different for different places. Before I got worked up I'd make sure I had that right. Here is info from Water Rights and Docks: Everything You Need To Know in certain instances a property owner "CAN" do such a thing.
