The crows are our pecans worse enemies. Squirrels not so much, both are smart critters for sure.
I read somewhere a single crow can eat 5 pounds of pecans a month. Doesn't take long for them to strip a tree. I have a GAMO Wisper Quiet .177 Pellet Rifle. I keep slinging pellets at the crows. We have the Rat Terrier trained to bark when the crow's do the feed call. It gets my attention if I don't hear them enough to get my attention.

Back to the Raccoons this morning. I don't know how many can be left but this is crazy.

I did walk around the yard and see where something climbed a fig tree riding the limbs down. I figure it was this Raccoon. I have a busted fence board and I think this one came thru the hole.
