    Default Dextreme fillet knife

I've always been a big fan of Dexter knives. One for the American made steel and two for their price point. I spent quite a few years using these brand knives when I was a butcher in a past life. And have always kept a few in my kitchen drawer.

They have recently came out with a new fishing knife. I don't know how to inbed videos so here is a link to a video from ICAST 2022

It's a double edge knife with serrations on one side to cut through bone and fins and protect the sharpness of the edge.

Similar to my Leach Lake fillet knife, its not serrated on the back but its razor sharp for running it backwards along the backbone and belly. I cheat and use a cheesy Black and decker electric with Berkley Slim fillet blades
