I would most definitely put on my boat, as I keep what I need to release to the grease.

Very nice work. Anymore I usually panko, rack, and broil or bake our take from the lake. But the majority of my life it was the “release in grease “ with hush puppies, sliced tomatoes, and grits. Your client losing his wife and son to COVID-19 is in my prayers.
