Jacket and Bib recommendations

I am looking to buy a jacket and bib combination to wear while fishing. I think I would like to go ahead and get something waterproof, but I am not wanting to get just thin rainwear. I want something that is not too bulky to fish out of, but I am not going to be ice fishing and won’t typically be fishing in extreme cold. What have you used that you like? Brand and where did you purchase?

My wife and I bought our rain gear from Academy. It's a house brand, H2O Express. They have 2 weights. We selected the lighter version, it has sufficent insulation for most NC winters. Just not today.
The heavier weight would be nice for today's conditions.
Jacket and bibs are sold separately. About $75 each if I remember correctly.
