Good Morning on the river

Took the Wife and Father in law this morning. River is so low I wasn’t expecting much... other than more stumps and logs to have to avoid. But I will have to say I was surprised on our fortune. Crickets went like hot cakes to all the little dinks and throwbacks but we did manage to get a fine mess for my father in law. I did hit a few choice spots for some crappie... they didn’t disappoint! Couldn’t have asked for a better morning... other than maybe a little less humidity... (was sweating putting the boat in at daylight). But here’s a few of the mornings participants.
