The wife, Karen, and I went to Aldies Monday night to pick up a few things... and while browsing their offerings... a strange and sudden craving for something Surf & Turf mysteriously jumped into my mind.
So, it was that a couple of bacon wrapped Fillet Mignons, Lobster Tails, two hand picked Russet Potatoes with Butternut Squash got my quick nod of approval and Karen's optimistic second.

Tonight it all came together in an awesome steamy and flavorful supper. (You can see the steam rising from was surely an awesome plate of food for sure).

I do freely admit that I am posting this after a slab of strawberry cream pie and about a 1 and a half hour nap.
