My daughter wanted to go fishing Friday evening. We went to a local private 3 acre place known for small 2lb bass and 10" bluegill. In the 15 years I've fished there I have only caught 3 crappie. At the first stop she tied on a white and pink Norman middle n crankbait. 30 minutes later she had 7 crappie from 11" to 13". The next day my son and I went and he repeated what his sister had done the day before in another spot 30 yards away. Don't know why all the sudden we are getting into crappie but I am so happy about it.
