Could Use Some Prayers

Be pro active. I know it sounds crazy but even for terminal patients there are things that help. Aggressive pain control for one. No need to hurt. I'm not a praying man but I wish you comfort and peace for the days ahead.

I go to get a CT scan tomorrow so they can compare it to the one taken in Oct and see if the chemo is working then next Monday I see the Doctor to get the results and more chemo.

Brother, it never pays to try to go things alone when you have such a community of folks who are willing to share in (both) the good and the trying times with one another as need be. I know how scary things like this can be... as I went in for routine blood work several months ago and got a phone call first thing the next morning from a doctor at the VA telling me that the tests revealed that my kidney creatinine levels were sky high... that it was a dangerous situation... and that I needed to go directly to the emergency room ASAP. As it turned out: The levels once retested at the ER determined that it must have been a mistake in the labs or in someone's reading of the labs... or that my labs were mixed up with someone else's... who knows,,, but I can assure you it made the hair on the back of my neck stand up to get such news first thing in the morning... and believe me I did some talkin' with the Lord before I went.

We're going to ride with you through this thing and you can count on all of us being in your corner.
