I know it's a hard fight but it can get better in time. My wife was told she had stage 4 cancer on 2/1/18. She has had colon cancer previously in 2012 and 2015.
She started out on 2 very strong types of IV chemo and suffered through a lot of bad side effects. She is now only taking a pill type chemo every other week and gets an IV drug every 3 weeks. Her quality of life has improved and her side effects are a lot better than before.
She had a CT scan earlier this month. While she's far from cancer free Everything is either stable or shrinking. I am telling you this in hope of giving you some encouragement during your battle. Keep fighting the battle against this miserable disease and trust in God. It can get better. :pray

I will keep your wife in my prayers! With mine I have no chance of remission or surgery, it started in my small intestine and has spread to the liver, lungs and pancreas so far.
