However I spool my spinning reels I then tie on a good ball-bearing swivel like a Sampo or something similar and add a small bullet shaped bobber and then take my rod down to my pond and cast it as far as I can. @ Clint. Yeah I've done that before too, and it also works.
I pull line off the spool to a pre-determined point in the front yard ...
It untwists itself, loading onto the reel every time ...regardless of which type of reel it is ...

You guys are going to make me buy one of these with your postings. The tool I been using gets kinda cranky sometimes when I use it, cause I have my wife hold the spool of line with a pencil, while I respool my reels. :Rofl
