I picked up a syringe and needle at the farm store, one meant for livestock, then mixed a little water into the nibbles and was able to shoot the slurry (toothpaste consistancey) into a tube with no problem and also could shoot some inside a Bobby Garland baby shad. Not sure if it will be beneficial with the BG but I'm gonna give it a try.

As long as it has an opening sufficiently large enough for the Nibble "paste" to come into contact with the water outside of the BGBS ... then it will add a scent trail. It "may" even provide a extra second or two to the fish holding the bait in its mouth, once it compresses the bait & causes some of the "paste" to come out. ...'cause I never give them more than a half second after seeing the line jump, before I set the hook !! (oh yeah, I don't use Nibbles, either.)

I use the oral syringe as Pappy posted. I also have a basting syringe from a jar of Cajun injector marinade that I’m cutting the needle of for a bigger outlet. As far as storage, at end of trip just squirt it back into jar and rinse syringe. A touch of cooking oil on plunger seal helps.

The Johnson baby shad has an opening in the tip of the tail, and a more hollow body to inject. I have some, but have never tried it. Just adding the nibble has been my method.
