Xi5 to hook 7 connection

I recently purchased a XI5 with gps/sonar and a hook 7, I have a couple of questions, what transducer do I pick from the list on the hook 7 to utilize the transducer in the unit, and how do I hook it up from the trolling motor to the depthfinder, thanks for any help
