Battery type/size for LED Submersible Light
I'm building several 2' long LED light tubes using the 16' - 600 LED strips from Amazon. I want to make these "self contained" with their own power source, independent of my boat batteries. I need suggestions of what type and size deep cycle batteries that would give me 8 - 10 hours use on a charge, yet be compact and easily moved in and out of the boat. They must be deep cycle, because I will be charging them 3 - 4 times a week. I've been looking at the Sealed Lead Acid type (like in the kids power wheel toys), but not sure they have the amp/hrs to provide the power for what I want. I put a meter on my lights and they are pulling 1.45 amps. What are some of you guys using??
