My week is done.

Hit the crappie hole at 8:00 a.m. this morning. I only had 4 quality fish. I had over 25 of 8-10 inch fish. The water level was down and the water temps are still at mid 70's. There was a lack of bluegill bites today also. I used my Major Craft FineTail Banshee Area Trout rod 6' 7" UL rigged with 2# test line.....with a Bison Trout Magnet on a 1/64 ounce head. The crappie were still at depth of 12-14 feet holding tight to the rock ledge. Sure had a lot of fun. The wind is supposed to blow over 30 MPH tomorrow so I probably won't fish anywhere. But I will hit it full force again Monday morning.......hoping the big boys will have moved in.....in big numbers. If not then I will take what I get and have fun doing it. Life is good!
