For those who use hand tied jigs questions?

For those that prefer hand tied jigs which body material do you prefer the medium to long Cactus,Estaz type material or the short Antron type material? Does one produce better than the other?

Hard to say. I like the antron and lower profile Chenille but also have some resembling the Estaz. both catch fish for me. I like the slower fall of the Estaz when conditions are tough. Take a look and post this on the Jig Tying and lure making forum. I'm sure that you'll get lots of response.

Congo Hair and UV fibers work well for me as they imitate a minnow well. Add some prismatic eyes and you are cooking with gas.

As above chenille and estaz can be dynamite too
