I use pinch on's and i have swung 2lb plus fish in the boat and have never had a bit of trouble and they are so much easier to build a rig and as a bonus they can be changed depending on conditions.

I thought Capps and Coleman rigs had the egg sinker with the line wrapped though it 4 or 5 times and they work well and are sold all the time? Or am I wrong?
I always make a bunch of rigs and store them on my Lindy rig holders to have ready when I am fishing. I use the egg sinker and wrap the line through it 5 to 6 times and I get no chaffing or line breaking at that point. The egg sinkers are new and I make sure there are no burrs on them. It works well for me.
