There is a small pond located at my place of work that is supposed to have decent sized crappie (as I have been told from some of the experienced workers). This pond is rarely fished as it is located on private propert and hidden pretty well. Never been much of a crappie fisherman, but does anyone have any tips on landing a few (ie baits, times, etc...)?
