Only had a cpl hrs to burn and didn't want to make a long drive so I hit up my favorite spot.

Several boats up front fishing the willows so I assume they're catching. Didn't ask anyone just idles on by to go find my own fish and that I did.

Found fish on the flats roaming and on stumps.

Fish are easily spooked and don't have much patience. You've got a narrow window to catch him before he splits.

Started off catching fish on my grey ghost jig and when that cooled a little I switched over to a dark olive combo in 1/32 and pitched to fish from a distance and got them with that slow controlled fall.
