Made a trip to the point Saturday and fished a fruit jar tournament with some locals, ended up taking third out of twelve boats.

Caught fish all day I just couldn't find fish big enough to win some money.

Kept a limit of 25 and released probably that many more.

Most of my fish were caught 5 to 9ft deep in 8 to 12ft water on a 1/32 gold head and white tail 20watt special hand tie.

Water temp was mid 60's and fish haven't stacked up in deep water yet. Usually deep water fish is best around week of Thanksgiving so we got a little while yet.
