Another quick afternoon trip
Got to the landing in Workinger Bayou (Monterey LA) around 3:50. Saw some boats around the outside of piers, so I think they are still deep. Fished around piers in 8 to 10 fow and caught one smallie. I said what the heck, I got in close to the bank, 1 fow or less and the males were there. Caught 10 in less than an hour and then the Louisiana state insect started. Sprayed repellent on and caught a couple more and couldn't take them getting around my eyes and ears so loaded up and headed home. They weren't big ones but nice filleting size.
