    Default Toledo Bend.

Does nobody fish it any more? Never see posts about it.

Crappie bite twice a day. 15 minutes before I get there and 10 minutes after I leave.
The sheep live in fear of the wolf but in the end it's the shepherd that eats them.
The two loudest sounds are a gun that goes click when it is supposed to go bang and

For me, it's a February through May only lake. I have no tops and don't get over there enough to find any. I eventually stopped my May trip due to grass loss. If no grass down South, I can't even get a bite. Had many 100 fish days fishing those deep grass edges by the dam Memorial Day weekend. Won't be back post spawn until it returns.
