Went to Louie yesterday. Fished 5 1/2 hours. Caught one small bass! Tried multiple deep tops, open lake at various depths. Went up a creek and fished 5 fow around brush. Around a bridge. Found large school of what looked like crappie suspended over deep water near mouth of creek. No bites. Tried headwaters near Sicily Island. Caught the bass in creek near the bridge.
The good news, my trolling motor worked great with new batteries and a new foot switch.

Guess I need a clearer place to fish in the winter.
