Well, got new springs on the trailer and new tires....don't usually like to go on weekends but just had to get out....traffic not bad and no crowd at the launch...first shiner in the water around 7 AM....only had 2 by 9:30 then a school of sacs came swimming by....got a bite almost every time the shiner hit the water....it was crazy for about 30 minutes...reminded me of a trip PPG and I had at that same spot when we boated 65 sacs........4 boats of jig fishermen kept staring at me because they were not catching....then, as soon as it started it was over...I wound up with 11 keepers....lost a few nice ones....soon as I left at 11 there was a race to get in my spot....when the water stopped falling and had a little rise it really shut down the bite...
