I was invited to go fishing yesterday with an old friend. Fortunately I got a yard pass and was able to accept the invite. Started out the day at the weir in the pic in the following post. Jaycee is in the picture and is an Army veteran. He is a fine and good man. He makes a cast net look like childs play. We caught a dozen+ crabs which boiled up real nice. Caught a couple catfish and had a large bite from the unknown fish. It was a great day and not because of the fishing but because of the company. He is not much younger than me and he wore my arse out. These are the days I feel are not great until the next day and they are so much better than the days with 50 fish.
