I find that the best gauge to use in predicting the level of Larto is the Black River at Acme. According to the Corps it is predicted to slowly rise for the remainder of April then began to slowly fall in the first week of May. Larto should do the same. Of course, all bets are off if we get a heavy rain.Quote:
