At least you got out Vet. I am still waiting on the water to come out of the woods in my country and it’s time for the spawn to start over here [emoji57]

I went yesterday Tal. Water... coffee with lots of cream. Temp... 60-61. Had six trucks w/trailers at the landing. The few I talked to didn't get a bite. I recorded two bites; one bounced the pole and the other had the rod doubled over. I couldn't grab it quick enough before it got off. Oh well, it wasn't much of a fishing trip anyway. More of a shake down trip with the new I-pilot. Its been three years in the making and well worth the wait. IT'S THE BOMB! Like fishing hands-free. I guess it'll be a couple months until the water clears up. :fish
That is a great investment and it will be my next purchase
when I get around to it.....how deep were you fishing and did you notice more fish activity on any particular shore? Thanks for the report....makes me feel better that others have experienced the same thing....congrats on the new i pilot......where did you get yours from?
I marked the most fish straight out from the landing. I fished 8-10 feet deep at 1-1.2mph pulling Bandit 300's. I didn't stay very long, maybe 2 hours at the most. I got the trolling motor from TackleDirect.
