I hope it improves in the next couple of weeks. Me and vbottom are headed down the first week of March and always do at least one day on PP. Is it just the crappie that aren't biting or everything; goo, hybrid stripers, etc?

Sparti -- the Ouachita River is high with water out in the Woods
Spartannation, don't know about the other fish. The catfish usually always bite, though.
Last year in March we tore up those 18" stripers and had a blast. Managed to catch a dozen or so crappie, too. The year before we caught mostly big goo which was also fun. We don't come down to fill the freezer, more to get a little open water fishing in while the Michigan lakes are still froze over. Anything that fights back is OK with us.
Numbers definitely down but still some gooduns here and there![emoji4]
