If you fish this area don’t pass up the intracoastal waterway cause you may be missing some nice slabs. Bite was good early until the south wind started blowing and tilted the lake causing the water to rise. Soon as that happened the bite quit like turning off a light. I had my share by then and just enjoyed the chilly day.
