Y'all are such a wonderful bunch of friends. Thank y'all for the well wishes. My arm hurts a lot, the Dr. wanted to get a CT scan of it to see if I have any other damage besides the break he saw on X-ray. We haven't heard from him yet. Probably the insurance company is holding us up.

Aww man get well in a hurry

Prayers lifted up for Mrs.Linda's speedy recovery .After recovery she can get back to teaching Papa how to fish.

Well we finally got the CT scan results. All is well only the one fracture and it's in perfect alignment. The Dr is moving her from the splint that she's been in to a brace that will allow her to move her arm at the elbow but not allow her forearm to twist left or right. She might be able to go fishing soon.

After seeing the Dr. we went to the fitting room for the brace where we were told that the insurance company wouldn't pay for it and that it cost $800. WoW! I asked if there were any other options and the young lady told me I could probably get one from a local medical supply store or on line. Then she was kind enough to look it up on line for me and found the one Linda needed for only $69, can you believe that. What a mark up. Crazy.
