    Default Vacation Day

    I decided to take off of work and go fishing instead. Went back to Quintana for the second time. The bite was slow and the fish were scattered, but I caught about 20 or so and missed a few more. Kept 9 sacs, 1 bass, and 1 goggle eye; all males. All my fish were caught on a black/chartreuse hair jig tightlined in about 3-4fow. Even caught another racing stripe for the second trip in a row. Also got to watch a raccoon swim the bayou. It was definitely the right choice to take off!
