Well, I went to Lake D'Arbonne today and tied one on with Watermelon Wine on a pink head. Wound up with eleven fish with nine of them caught on BG Watermelon Wine. First time I ever used that color, but it was about all they would hit for me.

One pole in each hand with one jig on each pole. Gotta love the thump!

I caught them in a stump flat that was 9-11 feet deep and under the Stowe Creek bridge. No monsters, but some good fish. More than we can eat for supper. Looks like I will have fish for breakfast too. I did catch one fish that was 15.5 inches long, but it was so poor that I couldn't filet it. No worms in it. Don't know what was wrong with it.

I did see another fisherman catching a few on minners, but no minners were harmed in my boat.
