Default It’s been rough, but final made it out to Des Allemands

It’s been rough, first I would highly recommended everyone who fishes and or hunt to invest in an alarm for ur freezer.. we thought we had a rotten potato in the pantry, but turn out to be, everything in my deep freezer!!! A handle from a lunch kit keep the door open on the top and it’s all gone, Sacs, Reds, trout, shrimps, ducks, doves, 2 deer.... OMG! guess who owns a $20.00 freezer alarm Now? This guy ! Okay enough about that.

With everything in life plus taken on a full house renovation, I had enough today! Pulled the boat out and headed to Des allemands, we started at 430 and fished till darkish, end the day with 19 Sacs and 2 bass!!! And only lost 4 at the boat flipping them in. Not bad for 3.5 hours of fishing, if I say so myself. LOL, my Caden thought he had the world record Sac on his line, (get the net DAD! This the big one!) I love fishing with my boys!

I had that happen once when I was offshore, the nabors drug addict kid broke in my house and left the frezer door wide open. You can emagine the smell when I came home 14 days later. Nice catch

we eat venison year round in my house, no beef in this house... nothing against cows we just prefer to eat venison... the ducks and doves we snack on the and then up having a flying weekend from fried duck, duck gumbo, duck and dove poppers on the smoker... makes me angry just thinking about... owell we will just hunt and fish harder.

I hate to hear about you losing your supply of meat that God provided for you. Looks like you got a new start though. Nice mess of crappie in that box. Good looking young man too. Congratulations!
