Thread: Poverty Point 3/1/18

Took my 1st trip to poverty point yesterday and fished the morning monsoon.
Ended the day with 14 perch we kept and 3 cats. I lost some good fish yesterday and So did my buddy. One of the fish he lost just from what I saw would had went well over 3lbs.
It was fun, the bite picked up after the rain slacked up a bit.
Some catfish fishermen looked to be doing pretty well on their catch.
