Black Bayou NWR Running Lights

Just a heads up guys. I had a friend that got a ticket at the boat launch at Black Bayou for not using his running lights. He came in well before dark, but the regulations clearly say sunset.

Same thing has happened at Poverty Point.

I got into it with a game warden years back for this at Circle Drive on Toledo Bend. He had trucks/trailers lined up giving tickets for coming in without running lights. I kept trying to talk to him, but he had my driver's license and kept cutting me off and saying "Wait your turn, I'll get to you in a minute". When it was my turn, I told him we had just pulled up and hadn't even put the boat in the water yet. We were going bow fishing. Then I gave him a cussing he'd probably never had before. Needless to say, they take running lights on at sunset pretty seriously.

Sounds like the old Kit Carson days! Although, I never had a problem with him, but I know a lot that did.
