They usually bunch up well in this cold weather. Would like to maybe go next week. Did anybody hear anything?

I think Jlaughlin may go this weekend. We are having a gathering there last weekend in January, come out and join us if you can.

I went this evening after visiting the Dr with big long fingers, anyway I launched at Youngbloods. There was 12 boats and every body seamed to be catching fish some using jigs and others using shines. The water temperature was a chilly 41 degrees, the fish were just off the bottom. As the evening progressed they moved up to about 16' and bit better on jigs anything with green in it tipped with a crappy nibblet. The first bite I had turned out to be a double both about 12'' kept 9.

I was up there at the camp last week deer hunting. Spent the week busting ice with my boat! Not many people out. Guess I'm one of the only crazy ones. Did speak with a couple of guys who said they were catching a few. They said the bite was really slow. Should pick up here in the next few weeks. Now that the hunting season is coming to an end, I'm ready to get after the fish again.
