Im new at crappie fishing.. Like so new, ive never done it...lol.. Usually bass fish.. So where in oxbows should i be looking? Like should i be headed down bayou rigolette or bayou maria off oxbow.. Or out along banks of the oxbows or right dang in the middle? Or do tou just troll around watching fishfinder all the time till you find some?

Look for schools of bait fish with your depth finder. Usually in open water (deeper). The Crappie should be close by.
