Looks like you got a little 'Cranky' Skippa! Great job! Don't worry about the noise from the outboard. It doesn't seem to bother them. I fished Bandit 300's the other day with 30' of line out and finished the day with 24. :fish
Yeah buddy! Welcome to a new addiction. I'll predict your future and say you'll have twice the rods in a month or less. Once you get good at untangling four or five line tangles, you'll learn how to not do that as often. I still take the tangles to save a bait before all my line runs off. Stop or turn sharp and it's a guaranteed mess. Sure is fun though. I haven't been out in over two months due to family events and a bathroom remodeling I've yet to finish, but this may be the motivation to drop everything Sunday and head to the lake. Congrats on cranking out your first haul. Hope you like cleaning fish as much as catching because you're about to do a lot.
It's hard to believe that a sign in La. that doesn't have a bullet hole in it, especially one with a snake on it. Chip now you really got it going. I see more rods and cranks in your future.
