I won't be fishing in the morning, but will be there at Pat's to enjoy our fellowship. I need to go to my student's annual crawfish boil starting at 11:00:

They were adamant about me attending, so I'll do it.
Won't fish but will be there solo as listed. Fished today for 5 fish which I thought was wonderful. Nice size with one going 14". Gave them to a guy I met who I evangelized for CDC. Heck of nice fella.
PPG you got about any color water you could want right now. Surprised to catch a few with nearly a .4' rise in last 24 hours. Met 3 other boats that had one fish all together so lucky for sure.

I heard it will crest at 14' maybe by Saturday (not official)...that makes a total rise of 4' in 10 days....
On 3/29, Lake Bigeaux was clearing up nicely and fish were biting some...with the current rise Lake Bigeaux has muddied up again but you can find good water in some areas........catching has dropped off the last 7 days....

How many are fishing?......hadn't fished Henderson in awhile.....gonna reach back in the archives, back to my bass fishing days to hopefully put something together
I do not think many are fishing....I just decided today to do lunch only.....water is rising fast....muddy water coming down the middle...I only brought home 3 on Tuesday....some bass were being caught before this rise started from all that rain.....see post #15 this thread.....hope you can make it to the lunch....Quote:
