    Default humminbird helix 7

I saw a post a while back someone had just purchased a humminbird helix 7 si. I was wondering how it has been working for you. I do not have any electronics on my boat and going to try to get rigged up before prime fishing time. Also is SI worth extra money. I have been reading some mixed reviews. I mainly fish relatively swallow area's spillway bayou pigeon area and lake verret not terribly successful I might add. If anyone has any other suggestions they would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks

One thing is certain, the SI is useless unless you take the time to read about it and set the depth finder up correctly. Spend some time reading and watching YouTube and you will wonder how you ever fished without it.

I believe that was "juicy" that made that purchase. You can try PM'ing him.
