    Default Another Christmas Present

Tell me what ya'll think of this new (for me) color. I think I will call it Cajun Crawdad. It should be a killer in the spring when the tiny crawfish are out. Just whipped me and one special person up four of them tonight. The only bad problem is that I am almost out of red squirrel tail. It is tied with a copper-colored head, brown chenille body, and red squirrel tail.

You may be onto something. Interesting color. I like 'em.
A bad day fishing is better than a good day at work, unless you fish for a living.

I like the color Pastor. I've been trying to come up with a more realistic craw pattern myself.

We did catch a bunch this spring on a orange and black hair jig.

Well, if you know where Welcome Home Baptist Church is located, then you know where I live because I live right behind the church. Come on over sometime. I don't know your wife's family as I have only lived here for 2.5 years.

Those are nice! Where do you get your squirrel tail? Do you buy them or harvest your own?

I'm about to start harvesting some real soon!! They are tearing up my pecans, I have red ones, black ones, and even grey ones. I hate them they steal my ducks corn they steal my birds feed they sound like Santa Claus and the reindeer on my roof.

I either kill my own or get them from friends who have time to hunt.
