Shadow - Friday - I will bring some pulled pork.
Saturday - I will try to bring a dessert of some kind, will have to see if I have time to make a dessert.
Cyberwolf - I got rum cakes for what everday we want and i have a heavy duty potato cutter for frys i can bring with potatoes.
Deacon - I will bring the fryer, fryer mix and oil. Egg plant for frying
BamaFan -cooker/oil, hushpuppies, paper towels, utensils, plates/bowls
Oldyankee - Chips and dip
Skippa Chippa - drinks, paper towels, ketchup
What time do yall want to do the suppers? I was thinking around 5 PM so we would have a little daylight but the pavilion does have lights so let me know what would work best for yall.
If we are tarping the windows I will bring a space heater from the camp. If someone else has one bring it. Keep my wife warm.

Hey guys/gals, I didn't mention this before but for the fish fry we usually have each throw in a portion of their catch so we will have enough to fry for everybody. I am hoping I catch enough on Friday to not worry about this but just in case, can you all help out. This isn't a big gathering so we shouldn't need that much. Thanks!
