    Default Good Sacalait Taxidermist?

Anyone know of a good taxidermist for sacalait in the Lafayette area? The better half pulled in a 3lb. 2oz., 17.5" sacalait this weekend that I'm looking to put on the wall. That weight is after a day on ice, I'm not sure if that makes a difference!

Also, any tips on how I should store the fish in the meantime? I've got it in it's own ice chest with fresh ice underneath it. Thanks!

Probably need to freeze it but while it is in the ice chest you need plenty ice above and below it.....

Here is the ones that Don is talking about. Also if I remember correctly, you should wrap the fish in a very damp rag and freeze it that way. Also this picture doesn't really do it justice. And he was the cheapest around my area, I believe it was $195 a fish.
