Anyone know of a good taxidermist for sacalait in the Lafayette area? The better half pulled in a 3lb. 2oz., 17.5" sacalait this weekend that I'm looking to put on the wall. That weight is after a day on ice, I'm not sure if that makes a difference!
Also, any tips on how I should store the fish in the meantime? I've got it in it's own ice chest with fresh ice underneath it. Thanks!![]()
